How to start a fire:

1. Choose your fire spot — Use a clean, safe fire ring, fireplace, or wood-burning stove.
2. Set the base — Place a few small twigs or pieces of bark on the ground to lift your fire starter and improve airflow.
3. Place your fire starter — Position one fire starter in the centre of your base. Designed to ignite easily and burn long enough to light larger wood.
4. Add kindling — Arrange small sticks or wood chips around the starter in a teepee or crisscross shape. Leave airflow gaps.
5. Light it — Use a match or lighter to ignite the edges. Let the natural wax and herbs catch flame and enjoy the gentle scent as it burns.
6. Feed the fire — As kindling begins to burn, gradually add larger wood pieces. Allow air to flow freely.
7. Tend the flame — Add logs as needed. Once established, sit back and enjoy the cosy atmosphere — naturally.
