We will discuss with you your choice of ingredients and our processes. We will then decide on a sample(s) and size for you to purchase from us. Based on your feedback we will adjust the formulation before making it ready for you to sell.

The initial 30min consultation on the phone costs $39, You can decide if you would like to proceed after this conversation.

What is the minimum order value or quantity? 

We do not require you to order large quantities to make your product for you. Our minimum order value for private label creations is $500. This means that the cost of your private label order would need to equate to $500 or above as your initial order.

What is your private label cost per item?

This is dependant on the formulation, ingredients, type and size of product. There is an initial formulation fee of $99. This does not include the price of each product sample.

What about labelling?

We encourage each business to label their own products, we are happy to give you the measurements of our soap bars and skincare jars so you can create your own labels.

Your label must attribute 'made by Delizia Naturally'.

We can label your products for you with your logo - this will be at an extra cost to be determined.

Can we buy the recipe from you? Intellectual Property Purchase Options

Yes. In select cases. Delizia Naturally offers select clients the opportunity to acquire full ownership rights to specific formulations, branding assets, or proprietary product lines developed under our brand. Purchase of intellectual property (IP) includes exclusive rights to use, produce, and market the specified assets, with transfer terms and pricing determined based on scope, market potential, and development investment. All IP transactions are subject to mutually agreed upon contracts to ensure a clear and legally sound transfer of ownership.

How is pricing determined?

Pricing is based on a variety of factors, including the complexity of the formulation, market value, development time, and exclusivity. Each opportunity is evaluated on a case-by-case basis to ensure fair and appropriate compensation.

Is there a contract involved?

Yes. All IP transfers are formalised through a legal agreement to ensure clarity and protect both parties' rights and interests.
