Shipping policy

Delizia Naturally is pleased to be able to offer a number of delivery options to our customers across Australia. These include:

• Free local pick up from Queanbeyan, NSW where we are located.

• Free delivery on orders over $50 (or $10 delivery if order is below $50) for customers in the surrounds of Queanbeyan, NSW where we are located.

• Locked rates either $12.25 or ($17 for express post or for items needing a larger box - our soap saker cage) for all other areas in Australia. 

We utilise Australia Post for our website postage options and Private Couriers for large wholesale and private label orders.

We are always working to improve our delivery options and their pricing as we scale as a business to make more of our products accessible to our customers.
