This tallow balm contains just two ingredients: sheep tallow and vitamin E. That’s it — safe for baby, mamma, and even pappa. Some customers also use it as an all-over face and body moisturiser.

This balm is a cream consistency and completely safe if you need to attend hospital or have a medical procedure and are told not to wear perfumes, deodorants, or fragrances.

Many of our customers use this Baby Balm for nappy rash — providing instant relief for your baby.

The Power of Tallow Vitamins

Tallow is vitamin and nutrient rich, containing vitamins A, D, E, and K. All of these vitamins have different properties beneficial to your skin.

Vitamin A is commonly known to smooth wrinkles, lighten sunspots, calm acne, and balance oil. When used on the skin, it promotes collagen production, which helps smooth fine lines and wrinkles. Vitamin A also supports the healthy function of your sebaceous glands.

Vitamin D exists in our bodies naturally and as a topical skincare product has been known to restore vibrancy in the skin. It is an antioxidant that can help stop damage created by free radicals. Vitamin D has also been shown to have antimicrobial properties, helping improve your skin’s natural defences, repair cells, and rebuild your skin’s barrier.

Vitamin E has been shown to prevent collagen breakdown. Vitamin E is fat-soluble and can easily penetrate the layers of your dermis to deeply protect and repair your skin. It is also extremely moisturising and will help your skin retain the moisture it needs to look and feel its best.

Vitamin K is known as an antioxidant and anti-inflammatory. Vitamin K helps speed up the recovery time of certain skin injuries, such as cracks in the skin.
